Onion and Pudina Pakoda


Ingredients:
Gram Flour - 1 Cup
Pudina (chopped) - 1/2 Cup
Onion (chopped) - 3/4 Cup
Fine Semolina - 1/4 Cup
Jeera - 1 Tblspn
Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tblspn
Salt - According to taste
Oil - For deep frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except Oil and keep aside for
15 min. Later mix with little water and make it like a
thick paste.Heat Oil in a Kadai. Take the pakoda mixture
in a small spoon little by little and put in the Oil.
Deep fry till they turn golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot.
